R&R Ice Cream Limited, (trading as and referred to in this Privacy Policy as "Skinny Cow"), take the privacy of your personal information very seriously. Here's what we do with it:

Details we collect

If you register with this website we will collect your name and contact details. We'll also receive information about you when you enter competitions, for example. If you click on the "Send to a friend" links, please make sure that friend is happy to get an email from us (we're sure they will be, but it's always polite to ask first). If you use this facility, we'll assume you've checked it out with them.

What we do with your details

• Provide all the lovely things you've requested, such as newsletters, discounts and competition entries
• Help with any requests and enquiries
• Occasionally contact you to see if you'd like to take part in some surveys or market research (you're under no obligation to do this, by the way)
• Get to know which products, offers, services and that sort of thing you're most interested in - so we can give you even more!
• Send you useful information about Skinny Cow and its partners whose products we think you might like

Passing on your details

• If you enter a competition we may need to pass your registration details to the competition partner to sort out your entry
• If we need to pass your details to our suppliers and other people involved with running our business, they'll be required to keep them strictly confidential.

You can register on the Skinny Cow website to hear from us by email, SMS, phone and post with newsletters and other information on products, offers and competitions from Skinny Cow (or its successors) and others. If you want to know what personal information we've got about you, that's fine (with just a few exceptions). You'll need to send us a written request and pay a fee, and then you'll receive a copy.
